FINN Partners Continues Southeast Growth and Elevates Nicole Janok to Florida Regional Leader

Janok Expands Role as a Partner in the FINN CSR & Social Impact Group, Championing Client Service and Regional Growth
NEW YORK – Global independent marketing and communications firm FINN Partners announced today that it has tapped Nicole Janok as its Florida Regional Leader adding to her role as a partner in CSR & Social Impact, a leading group in the agency’s Purpose and Social Impact Practice. In her expanded role, Janok will now be responsible for growing FINN’s Fort Lauderdale-based office, a hub of talent comprised of 20+ team members across the state, drawing upon the agency’s significant momentum in the Southeast region, spanning Nashville, Atlanta and Florida. Janok will report to Beth Courtney, managing partner, Southeast Region, and Amy Terpeluk, managing partner, CSR and Social Impact.

Janok’s appointment comes on the heels of tremendous momentum across FINN Southeast and the firm’s Purpose & Social Impact Practice, with an enviable client roster that includes Jack Daniel’s, Pilot, Tractor Supply, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and Meharry Medical College. Building on FINN’s legacy of innovation and collaborative partnership, Janok is charged with harnessing the power of the agency’s full-service capabilities to serve client needs across the state. A senior strategic communications leader with 20 years of experience growing national and global consumer brands, Janok has held executive roles at several top agencies in the Southeast prior to joining FINN. At Sharp Think, she served as Senior Vice President & Regional Director, responsible for launching the agency’s first regional office in Florida, in addition to spearheading New Business Development across three offices in New York, Los Angeles and Palm Beach. Before that, Janok was Vice President at MSLGROUP in Atlanta, Georgia. Janok began her career as a Reporter at The Palm Beach Post. and earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida.
