Special Projects Lead — Finn Global Health and Purpose
Location: New York; Remote
The Special Projects Lead will partner with the Chair of Global Health and Purpose, on practice-building and market-building initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled organizer, project manager, and community builder with an appreciation of the health ecosystem and sustainability priorities. The position will work in partnership with the Chair of Global Health and Purpose (approx. 75% of their time) for eight months to a year, after which the candidate would have the opportunity to join either the Global Health and Purpose Practices/Collaborative or continue in the role. In addition, the candidate will work with the Corporate Purpose team as an account lead on corporate social responsibility initiatives for a Fortune 100 technology company (approx. 25% of their time).This role provides the opportunity to meet FINN colleagues and open a path to future growth in agency PR/marketing.

Responsibilities
Coordination and organization of various initiatives to market and grow the Health and Purpose businesses.
- Coordination with different FINN Practices and services to inspire global collaboration and a belief that together we will do more faster
- Identifying gaps and providing inputs on how to fill in those gaps. Assisting the Global Chair Health and Purpose in filling these gaps.
- Serve as a go-to for colleagues within Health and Purpose to advance key group conversations – scheduling, meeting organization, marketing and committee hosting.
- Work with Gil on developing high-level growth plans and relationship-building strategies and implement those campaigns.
- Design paths to educate others within FINN on how and why to tap into PURPOSE-based expertise for existing clients.
- Support Purpose collaborative global marketing efforts and amplify existing activities.
- Reviewing and/or writing various health materials
- Assist with any operational and integration needs within the Health and Purpose Practices
- Coordinate with FINN Marketing and administrative colleagues.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years in communications (not necessarily in health or purpose)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong editing skills: Writing skills is a plus
- Understanding of evolving media landscape and experience and success pitching top-tier media outlets
- Leadership skills in managing a junior team
- Confident use of X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other popular social platforms.
- Experience with Community building initiatives and organization
- A self-starter who can assess situations, identify needs, problem-solve, rally people and processes, in a fast-paced agency setting
- Sensitive to people’s feelings and needs

- Remote – travel to New York once a month
Anticipated Salary: $120,000-130,000; salary commensurate with experience and dependent upon workplace. #LI-AB1
