National Association for Principals & Deputy Principals.
The National Association of Principals and Deputy Principals (NAPD) is the representative organisation which gives a voice to second level Principals and Deputy Principals on issues of common concern.
FINN Partners Ireland has been retained for over seven years by the NAPD to manage all aspects of their communications and media relations.
We have also supported NADP on campaigns including cyber-bullying, mental health and wellbeing, and Covid support measures and policies.
GOAL
Garner support for proposals that address recruitment and retention challenges at a school leader level, increase investment and senior cycle reform.

The Work
For NAPD, FINN Partners Ireland currently, advises on media relations, and provides always-on press office function, and lead on the development of concept, research, report writing, editing and publishing. We recently conducted a survey with over 570 principals, deputy principals and teachers, almost 700 students, 250+ parents, and third-level professionals.
The ‘Senior Cycle Reform: What Do You Want?’ report was published in 2019, and presented to Minister for Education, alongside a proactive media campaign to launch report: widespread media coverage in broadcast, print and online media worth €525K with total reach of over 3.5m.
