Commission for Communications Regulation.
The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) is the statutory body responsible for the regulation of the electronic communications and postal sectors.
FINN Partners Ireland was retained to work with ComReg to develop and manage the communications of two new regulatory measures between 2019 and 2022. These measures included addressing retail costs of certain non-geographic numbers (1800, 1850 etc) and reducing the quantity of these numbers on the market.
The communication of these regulatory measures featured an omni-channel campaign that spanned four key sectors: community and stakeholder relations, end-to-end content creation, traditional marketing, and digital marketing.
