Macdara previously worked as political staff in the Houses of the Oireachtas and has previous experience advising clients in the healthcare, construction, recruitment, and financial sectors.

How'd you get here
I am a public affairs specialist working with clients who seek to influence government policy or engage in stakeholder relations. My journey in FINN Partners began during the 2020 Covid pandemic where I was hired as an intern (a strange time to begin an internship remotely). Since that time, I have worked across a wide variety of corporate clients and professional associations (healthcare, finance, construction, MedTech, etc) where I help craft integrated communications strategies. A brief hiatus working for a government politician led me back to FINN Partners where I have now worked for an accumulative 3.5 years.
