Professional Experience
Grace leads the day-to-day operations, organization and smooth running of the FINN Partners Dublin office and the team. She also supports the HR, IT and Finance functions.
Before FINN Partners, she worked for Tourism Ireland in Canada and the US, spent a stint working in her family’s long-standing hospitality pub business and was Office Manager for the property management division of Grant Thornton.

How'd you get here
After a wonderful stint involved in all facets of marketing Ireland as a travel destination with Tourism Ireland in North America I returned to a leadership role in my families third generation public house for 2 years. Interested in all things Tourism, Hospitality, Events I received a Postgraduate Qualification in Event Management from IADT a few years ago, going on to plan and execute Culture Night, the International Literature Festival Dublin and to work on some high-end private and corporate events.
