Professional Experience
I’m fortunate to have worked across a diverse range of clients within the tourism sector including: tourism boards, luxury boutique hotels, hotel groups, a European hostel brand, specialist tour operators, airport lounges, a travel app, a private jet broker, UK consumer travel events and a travel insurance brand, each with their own objectives and target audiences. As any travel PR professional will tell you, no two days are the same and one moment I am securing glossy broadcast opportunities for clients with the likes of Made in Chelsea and The Only Way is Essex and the next, managing crisis communications and securing interviews in the news, trade and broadcast media for clients commenting on serious issues. whatever comes my way, I am strategic and considered in my approach to all client work, ensuring that maximum results are achieved through media liaison, events, brand partnerships, industry initiatives and influencer activity.

How'd you get here?
I guess you could say I was destined to work in travel, having started my career with my head in the clouds (cloud computing that is) when I was offered my first taste of PR agency life in the technology sector. After a couple of years, my burning desire to travel got the better of me and I jetted off to Australia, New Zealand and Thailand with a passport in hand and a large (and slightly lopsided) backpack. Following my three month sojourn, after learning so much about the destinations I visited and meeting some fascinating people, I was determined to pursue a career in travel PR. I have since found joy in sharing my passion for travel by promoting wonderful tourism destinations, hotels and experiences where I currently reside at Brighter Group, A FINN Partners Company.
