I specialize in working with high-growth technology companies. I have been directly involved in leading PR strategy and execution for a number of notable startups from launch through exit. Some of my current and former clients include Opsware (acquired by HP for $1.65B), Redback Networks (acquired by Ericsson for $1.9B), Apptio (IPO, acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $1.94B), Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA), electric aviation pioneers magniX and Eviation, and ColdQuanta, a leader in the burgeoning quantum computing and sensing industry. I am an active speaker in the Seattle and Denver communities on the topics of PR, communications and women’s leadership. Shaping Barokas Communications into a trusted PR and communications agency is one of my career highlights.

How'd you get here?
I previously served as CEO of Barokas Communications, which was acquired by FINN in July 2021. After our first conversation with FINN, I knew the agency would be the perfect home for our team and clients. You know that feeling when all of the stars align? That’s exactly how I felt.
Over the last 20 years, I fine-tuned my PR chops working with enterprise tech, B2B and consumer technology companies. I work best as a a partner (not vendor) with my clients, and the biggest compliment I can receive is when I’m told by a client that I feel like an internal team member. I have an abundance of enthusiasm for my clients’ brands, and and am passionate about helping clients tell their stories via a holistic approach to communications.
In my spare time, you can find me in the gym, swimming PNW lakes, hiking the desert outside of Palm Springs, traveling or relaxing with the fam, which includes Mack and Aksel, two very spoiled English bulldogs.
