Professional Experience

I’ve had the privilege of working with health tech and biotech innovators, from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies, helping bring transformative solutions to market. I’m passionate about supporting innovators who are working to improve lives and take a direct, results-oriented approach to everything I do. Among the client teams I lead is Sheba Medical Center, consistently ranked among Newsweek’s Top 10 Global Hospitals. My experience spans medical devices, digital health, software solutions, pharmaceuticals, and digital therapeutics across a wide range of therapeutic areas.

In a world where you can be anything, be kind.

- Clare Pooley

How'd you get here?

I grew up in Atlanta, GA, as the daughter of an eye doctor mom and a PhD microbiologist dad, which sparked my fascination with healthcare and innovation from a young age. I moved to Israel at 18, where I earned a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Reichman University and later completed the Healthcare Technological Innovation Executive Leadership Program at Tel Aviv University. My career journey has taken me from health tech developers to hospitals, universities, government institutions and non-profit organizations. Working in healthcare communications energizes me – it’s my mission to drive visibility and adoption of new solutions that bring about meaningful change.

As a member of the FINN Jerusalem senior management team and the Women in Tech Israel initiative, I work every day to promote global collaboration and advance health innovation. A proud mom of four, I balance my professional career with my dedication to family and community.
