I bring to FINN Partners more than a decade of experience in public relations, change management, organizational culture development, and executive communications strategy. My career journey has taken me from a media giant at ESPN to public service with the New York State government to a global law firm at Baker McKenzie. The underlying throughline of my professional experience has been a commitment to the belief that everyone’s voice and story matter; that when you focus on the humanity at the core of every business, you can achieve great things.

How'd you get here?
My experience is not unique in that I struggled to identify the path I wanted to walk. The road I’ve traveled hasn’t always been straight and narrow – there has been adversity and unexpected detours, but all of that has helped broaden and deepen my perspective and strengthen my belief in the power of authentic and transparent storytelling. I believe that doing the right thing is both a moral and economic imperative, and I’m passionate about helping organizations committed to social causes and good corporate citizenship become the best versions of themselves.
