Professional Experience
My first foray into this crazy advertising industry was that of a National Broadcast Buyer (fresh out of college). Trying to grasp the idea that groups of people are responsible for strategically placing commercials in specific locations and time slots to get you to buy products was thrilling to me. Makes perfect sense when you think about it. I instantly fell for the psychology of making an impact, simply by putting the right message, in front of the right people, at the right time. The next 15 years were spent moving from Broadcast to Digital to Strategy – all across brands by the likes of Acushnet, Goodyear, Panasonic, Avocados from Mexico, Carnival Cruise Lines, Fidelity Investments, and so many more. I then shifted to the non-profit sector to test the marketing waters in the Arts world and actively led the team that helped re-brand a 150-year-old Museum.
Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.

How'd you get here?
Missing the buzz of the agency world, I joined Small Army in 2019, as then Director of Media Strategy, helping to oversee the Boston Media portfolio, alongside an esteemed team. I now co-lead Media across all of One IM, allowing for even more opportunities to do exactly what inspired me so many years ago: resonate with people to the point of meaningful impact.
