Professional Experience
Graduating from Boston College with an English degree, I worked as a newspaper beat reporter in Boston. After, I was an assistant to Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith in the U.S. Embassy in Dublin. My next career at Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications merged my skills in journalism, speech writing, event planning and foreign policy. I developed and executed comprehensive communications programs in healthcare, tech and science. After my father’s passing in 2004, I returned to Nashville to help run the company he founded.
Live small, educate big, travel often.
How'd you get here?
I was lucky enough to be raised in a home where communication was considered an art. Years later, my family ended up working together in PR. I arrived at Finn Partners along a circuitous road that started in Nashville, stretched Northeast, spanned the Atlantic to Ireland, and then led back home to DVL Seigenthaler. I have tried to hone those early-learned communications skills every step of the way and have felt fortunate to work alongside incredible colleagues and clients who have afforded me the chance to do that.
