FINN Partners Southeast Announces New Team Members and Promotions

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 16, 2020) — FINN Partners Southeast announces that communications professionals Kells Johnson and Paige Malone have joined its team and that 10 individuals have been promoted to new positions in recognition of their contributions to the agency’s continued growth and success.
Kells Johnson, Senior Account Executive
Johnson, who joins the Government/Sustainability Practice as Senior Account Executive, is a communications specialist with experience in marketing. Johnson brings many talents to the firm including writing, traditional and social media relations, and program and project execution. Johnson comes to the agency from Lipscomb University, where he was a Director of Marketing and Communications for the College of Leadership and Public Service.
Paige Malone, Program Coordinator
Malone, who supports the Integrated Marketing team as a Program Coordinator, brings experience in marketing communications and project management to her new position with the agency. She coordinates and manages creative and digital projects for clients. Prior to joining FINN Partners, Malone served as a Marketing and Special Projects Coordinator at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tennessee.

The DVL Seigenthaler/FINN Partners team members who have been promoted are:
Sarah Brawner, Vice President, who joined DVL Seigenthaler in 2015 and is integral to the firm’s expanding Health Practice. Brawner specializes in media relations for nonprofit and corporate healthcare clients, developing and managing multi-faceted outreach and communication campaigns for providers, consultancies, pharma, tech, and more.
Minh Le, Vice President, joined the agency in 2013 and provides account service leadership to the Corporate and Consumer Practice. He specializes in public relations and marketing as well as media relations for a spectrum of diverse clients. Le, who serves on the board of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Nashville, received the Mercury Award from that organization in 2017 for his public relations leadership.
Yasmin Mohammed, Vice President, leads broadcast production for the agency’s growing Integrated Marketing team. Mohammed has served as the Director of Broadcast at Finn Partners since 2018. In her new role as Vice President, she will focus on further integrating Finn’s award-winning broadcast capabilities into client programs and cultivating new platforms. Before joining Finn, Mohammed worked in television production and development for national TV programming, documentaries, reality TV, live music events, and branded entertainment.
Tiffany Childress, Associate Vice President, joined the agency in 2013 and is a leader within the Government and Sustainability Practice. She is a brand-building specialist with a background in marketing communications and events. Childress supports consumer product, healthcare, and utility clients by managing creative, digital, and marketing campaigns.
Hope Buckner, Account Supervisor, is a member of the agency’s rapidly growing Health Practice. She specializes in media relations, crisis communications, event management, organizational development, and more. Buckner also teaches a course in “Public Relations Principles: Nonprofit Public Relations & Development” at Belmont University, and was named a Nashville Emerging Leaders Finalist in 2018 by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.
Karen Orne, Account Supervisor, joined the agency in 2015 after a career in broadcast journalism, and is a leader with the Corporate and Consumer Practice. She has more than a decade of communications experience and works with both local and national clients, specializing in media relations and strategic planning.
Cayce Sweat, Senior Account Executive, serves within the Corporate and Consumer Practice. She supports development of strategic communications programs for clients in the healthcare, professional services, consumer products, and government sectors. Sweat specializes in media relations, strategic planning, and execution.
Abby Brown, Account Executive, supports communications programs for clients in the Corporate and Consumer Practice. With a concentration in media relations, Brown focuses on consumer trends and behaviors to help clients reach their audiences.
Cameron Miller, Account Executive, joined the agency in 2019 as an Account Coordinator and is a member of the Corporate and Consumer Practice. He has a background in communications, marketing and event management, and specializes in gaining exposure for a wide range of clients in local, regional, national, and trade outlets.
Claire Anderson, Associate Account Executive, supports clients in the Health Practice with a wide range of account service needs. Anderson joined FINN Partners as an intern in September 2019.
