Welcoming Darias Collins to the FINN Southeast team!

Where are you originally from?
I am originally from Murfreesboro, TN and graduated from the University of Kentucky in May 2018. Go Wildcats!?Favorite Nashville go-to? ?On a regular day, Oscar’s Tacos. When I’m looking for something a bit more up-scale, Barcelona!

What are you currently reading?
I am currently reading Michelle Obama’s “Becoming.”

What inspired you to work at DVL Seigenthaler?
My interest in DVL Seigenthaler started when I shadowed here as a high school student. I fell in love with the company immediately and was so thankful to have interned here right after college. Now I am back full-time, and I couldn’t be happier!

What do you like to do with your free time?
I love spending time with my friends and family. I am very close with my family, every year we have our family reunion in a different city. This is typically a three to five day event of family fun and bonding. A few of my favorite reunion locations in the past are Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, and my family’s home in Montgomery, Alabama, which is where my grandfather was born along with his 18 siblings.

If you could meet any person, dead or alive, who would it be? ?
I’d love to meet Bozoma “Boz” Saint John. She’s the current chief marketing officer at Endeavor and is the former chief branding officer at Uber and Apple.

What is something you are really good at doing?
I’m pretty good at holding conversations with complete strangers during long flights or train rides. I find that strangers usually have the most incredible stories. You never know who is sitting right beside you and where that conversation may lead you.
