Rachel Hillman Promoted to Partner of FINN Partners North American Travel Practice

New York – FINN Partners, a leading global integrated marketing and communications agency, today announced the promotion of Rachel Hillman to Partner of the firm’s North American Travel Practice.

Based at FINN headquarters in New York City, Hillman heads teams engaged in integrated public relations and digital strategy and represents a number of firm clients, including international luxury hotel group Mandarin Oriental, ultra-luxury cruise line Seabourn, global air charter specialist Chapman Freeborn, and the international private members’ club Soho House.

Ms. Hillman also leads the Travel Practice’s Digital Team, which develops dynamic social media strategies to engage diverse audiences and drive online conversations. In this capacity, the Digital Teams serves Seabourn, Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Maxx Royal Resorts, and Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Florida, as well as the hair transplant clinic Estenove, based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Hillman joined the FINN Travel Team in 2022 as Vice President of Integrated Communications. A ‘luxury generalist,’ her non-traditional PR background included work with entertainment and celebrities, luxury goods, and legacy brands, as well as building out-of-the-box partnerships that cross categories to interest diverse consumer and industry groups.

Originally from Toronto, Hillman earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at York University, followed by a post-graduate degree in communications and marketing from Humber College. Fluent in English and French, she worked for agencies and client-side in London (UK), Montreal and Toronto before relocating to New York City in 2015. Over the previous 10 years in NYC, Rachel rose at local and international agencies, including The Consultancy PR, The Cru, Full Picture, and The Narrative Group, and launched her own outfit in 2021. She resides in Brooklyn with her husband and two children and is always keen to travel for work or play as opportunities arise.
