Delta Air Lines Appoints FINN Partners as its European PR Agency Following Competitive Pitch

Commencing this month, FINN Partners has joined with Delta Air Lines as its PR agency for Europe, working alongside its in-house communications teams based in Amsterdam and Atlanta. FINN Partners’ Travel Practice in the UK and Germany, with partner agencies in France and the Netherlands, will be responsible for implementing the airline’s PR and communications strategy for the UK and key Continental European markets.

FINN Partners, the global independent marketing and communications agency, will deliver brand awareness-raising corporate and consumer communications including press office, digital amplification, events, partnerships and thought leadership. This will mark the first time the airline has had a pan-European PR & communications agency.

America’s most awarded airline, Delta Air Lines operates up to 5,000 flights daily to more than 290 destinations across six continents. Serving more than 200 million passengers in 2024, Delta Air Lines prides itself on delivering a world-class customer experience, industry-leading customer service innovation and reliability to its passengers. This year is set to be the airline’s biggest yet, celebrating 100 years of operations and the accolade of being the oldest airline in the USA. Celebrations commenced this month with a keynote speech from CEO Ed Bastian outlining the airline’s vision for the future of travel at one of the world’s largest and most influential technology exhibitions, CES in Las Vegas. 2025 will see a multitude of announcements, innovations and collaborations as Delta Air Lines marks this major milestone.
