Zendesk builds software for better customer relationships. It empowers organisations to improve customer engagement and better understand their customers. More than 101,000 paid customer accounts in over 160 countries and territories use Zendesk products. Based in San Francisco, Zendesk has operations in the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. Its Irish operations employs in excess of 500 professionals.
GOAL
FINN Partners worked with Zendesk on a project basis to publicise the announcement
of 300 new roles in its Dublin operations.
In doing so, Zendesk wanted to use the announcement to profile its employer brand
proposition and support its ambitious recruitment goals.
Zendesk also sought to highlight its CSR credentials, including its lead sponsorship of charity fundraising event Techies4TempleStreet.
